Become a member Labour market advocacy Effective advocacy Our advocacy work focuses on protecting the interests of our members with regard to their employment and public service relationships, and on ensuring good working conditions. We keep abreast of developments in the lawyers’ labour market and engage in active advocacy work. Pay We have the most recent data on the sector’s pay level. We also issue annual recommendations on pay. Recommendation on minimum terms and conditions of employment The terms and conditions laid down in collective agreements have established their position in Finnish working life. Equality work We promote equality and non-discrimination. Students We pay special attention to the position of students. Education policy We actively seek to develop law studies and education. Legal policy Political influencing in various forms is an important part of the association’s work. Advice on employment and public service relationships We offer our members advice on employment and public service relationships in all situations related to labour law and working life, such as employment contracts, job changes, threat of dismissal, family leave, equality and non-discrimination issues or annual holidays.
